Solar Plexus Chakra Guided Meditation Script
The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) is the center of personal power, confidence, motivation, and self-respect. When balanced, it empowers you to step fully into your purpose with courage and clarity.
This guided meditation is designed to help you activate and heal your Solar Plexus energy through breathwork, visualization, and affirmations. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and give yourself permission to be fully present.

Starting the Meditation
Before you begin, ensure that you will not be disturbed. Gently check that your spine is straight and that you’re sitting comfortably. Be kind to yourself and open the mind to a state of curiosity.
As you progress through this meditation, it’s okay to have thoughts—they will come! Watch as they enter your mind, and then gently let them go. Bring your gentle, nonjudgmental attention back to this meditation when you find your thoughts have taken you elsewhere.
Let go of expectations and allow yourself to settle into this moment. This meditation.
Focus on the Breath
Close your eyes, or close them halfway, with a soft, unfocused gaze.
Bring your awareness to your breathing. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the natural rhythm of your breathing. Sit with your breath for a few moments.
Breathe in, deeply, first into your belly and then into your chest. Inhale as much as you can.
Slowly begin to release the air, starting with your chest, then your belly.
Breathe in, deeply, into your belly. Then your chest. Inhale as much as you can until you can expand your chest cavity no more.
Slowly begin to release the air, starting with your chest, then your belly.
Relaxing Body Scan & Awakening the Solar Plexus Light
Beginning at the top of your head, imagine a yellow light moving from the top, down slowly, reaching the sides. As it moves, the muscles all around your head relax. The light relaxes your forehead so that it is soft. Your eyebrows relax when the yellow light touches them, followed by your ears.Â
This light moves down to your eyes, softening them. Then to your nose, relaxing all the muscles around it. Now to your cheeks. The light softens your jaw, and relaxes your lips.
The light moves to your neck, relaxing all the muscles in and around it. The yellow light moves to your shoulders, relaxing the muscles at the top, in front and in back, touching your upper back muscles. Your entire head and shoulders bask in this warm light, and you feel your whole body start to relax.
The warm light continues to move down your chest, relaxing the muscles in front, and toward your middle back. It continues down to your abdomen, relaxing the muscles there and in the middle to lower sections of your back.
Now it moves down your spine and lower abdomen, with all the little and big muscles softening and relaxing.Â
This beautiful yellow light continues down the top of your thighs and lower backside, relaxing…relaxing….
Moving down your legs, the light relaxes your knees, calves, ankles and feet.
Nature Journey in the Sunlight
In this relaxed state, you are standing with your back to an alpine forest. You’re barefoot, connected to the earth. In front of you is a rock ledge overlooking a valley below, and farther away span distant blue mountain peaks.
You are standing here to witness the sunrise of a new cloudless day. Far to the east of you, golden rays peek out over the mountaintops along the horizon. Soon, you see the bright sun illuminate the morning sky as it rises over the mountains.
You smile, standing with your feet touching the earth below you, shoulder-width apart. Your hands are on your hips as you absorb this powerful solar energy.
Still standing and letting the sunlight bathe you in perfect morning warmth, you become aware of your breath. You breathe deeply, first into your belly, and then into your chest. You repeat this deep breathing pattern for about a minute…
Feel the sun’s energy upon your face, your shoulders, arms and feet. Now open your arms as if to take in more solar energy. It’s like you’re receiving a big hug from the warm sun, welcoming you into a new day. Your arms rise above you, and then gently you bring them down to your heart in gratitude.
Breathe and watch as you sit down upon the earth. It feels cooler beneath you than the air around you. The sun’s constant energy keeps you warm.Â
Breath of Fire
Now, in this seated position, you can imagine you are still in this beautiful natural scene. But you are setting up to begin the Breath of Fire…
Continuing with your spine straight, place your hand on your belly, palm facing you. Place your other hand on top. Gently let your hands move with your  belly as it expands when you breathe in and as it contracts when you breathe out. Now, as your belly expands again as you breathe, hold your hands in the spot where your tummy expanded to: your hands will be a guide for the rapid breathing part of this meditation.
In a moment, you will take deliberate quick breaths from this place in your belly known as the Breath of Fire.
Take one deep breath, expanding your belly and begin the breath of fire. As you exhale, use your belly, or more specifically, your diaphragm, to rapidly expel air. When you inhale, allow your belly to expand to where your hands are, before you contract your diaphragm/belly again.
Breathe in rapidly through your nose and exhale rapidly through your nose.
Follow the rhythm of the breath in the background.
Keep breathing the breath of fire…
Keep breathing and pushing through…
And now stop the Breath of Fire, allowing yourself to take a deep breath and settle back into a normal breathing pattern. Observe your body and its sensations for a few moments.
Expanding the Yellow Light of Personal Power
As you breathe, concentrate on the area around your belly button. Imagine a bright, beautiful yello w light the size of a marble there. Its energy is fire, motivating you, encouraging you…
Breathe into your belly, and grow this yellow light so that it’s as big as your fist.Â
Take another deep breath and grow this yellow light until it is the size of your abdomen.
Breathe deeply into your belly once more, and grow this light so that it surrounds your whole body.Â
Watch as this light around you gets stronger and stronger with each breath you take.Â
As you sit in this field of golden yellow light, allow its transformative energy to infuse you with personal power…
Allow this light to infuse you with confidence…
Breathe, and feel this light infuse you with motivation…
Breathe, and feel this light infuse you with self-respect and self-love…
Breathe, and watch as this light brings courage and the freedom to carry out your desires..
You are protected in your yellow globe.
With this yellow globe surrounding you, and the yellow light glowing within you, breathe.

Closing the meditation
Surrounded by this yellow light, this strong, protective yellow light, you are nearly ready to return to your day.
Breathe for a few moments more into your belly, energizing the light within you.Â
Keep your eyes closed or half-open as you near the end of this meditation. Â
Bring your awareness back to your breath. Allow yourself to feel the in and out rhythm of the rise and fall of your breath.
On your next inhale, allow the fingers and toes to wiggle. Gently shift your arms or legs as needed.Â
When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Stretch your body as needed.
Open your eyes fully as you’re ready to continue with your day.
This meditation helps you connect to your inner strength, awaken your courage, and step fully into your personal power. Practicing regularly can help you release fear and doubt while cultivating confidence, motivation, and clarity.
